WHO WE ARE
Our mission is to reduce health disparities through culturally tailored education, community outreach, and evidence-based preventive services. We focus on early detection and prevention of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and obesity—empowering individuals and families to take control of their health before illness progresses.
To date, my educational platforms have generated more than 1.5 billion views, reflecting a significant level of trust and engagement within the Hispanic community.

1. Diabetes Prevention Education Initiative
A structured Spanish-language education program designed for high-risk patients, focusing on lifestyle intervention, early risk reduction, nutrition guidance, and prevention of complications. Delivered through short videos, handouts, and optional live Q&A; sessions.
2. Spanish Health Literacy & Misinformation Reduction Program
A public-facing initiative that provides scientifically grounded medical information to counter widespread health misinformation affecting Spanish-speaking communities. Includes myth-busting modules, evidence-based guidance, and trusted physician-led communication.
3. Clinic Partnership Preventive Curriculum
A turnkey preventive education toolkit for FQHCs, community clinics, and nonprofit health organizations. Provides ready-to-use Spanish patient education resources aligned with HRSA prevention priorities and designed to reduce staff burden while improving patient understanding and engagement.
